These terms govern the use of flowlab.pt. By using the website you accept the conditions described here.

2. Purpose of the website

The website is informative: it presents the centre and its services and lets you contact us and subscribe to the newsletter. Online bookings are made on a third-party platform, subject to its own terms and conditions.

3. Health information

The content on this website is general in nature and does not replace an individual assessment by a health professional. It should not be used for diagnosis or treatment without professional guidance.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, videos, logos and other content on the website belong to Flow Cs, Lda or their respective owners and are protected by Portuguese copyright law. They may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully, not to send unlawful or offensive content or unsolicited advertising through the forms, and not to attempt to compromise its security or operation.

6. External links

The website links to third-party websites (e.g. social networks and the booking platform), whose content and policies we do not control and for which we are not responsible.

7. Liability

We strive to keep information accurate and up to date and the website available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of, or inability to access, the website.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

We have a Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), available in paper form at our premises and online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may use an alternative dispute resolution entity (Portuguese Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September): TRIAVE – Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Vale do Ave. More information on the Portuguese Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.gov.pt.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to more favourable mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
