This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on flowlab.pt, under Portuguese Law no. 41/2004 of 18 August (as amended by Law no. 46/2012) and the GDPR.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in a similar way.
2. Cookies we use
This website does not use advertising or social media cookies. It uses strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent (Article 5(2) of Law no. 41/2004), and — only if you accept them — statistics cookies.

3. Statistics: Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, from Google Ireland Limited, to obtain aggregated statistics about how the website is used (e.g. most visited pages). It is only loaded after you click “Accept statistics” in the cookie notice; if you reject, no request is made to Google. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or combine this data with other sources. More information on how Google uses data.
4. Third-party content: Google Maps
The location map is provided by Google and may set Google's own cookies. That is why it is only loaded if you click “Show map”, which is your consent for that purpose. Those cookies are governed by Google's privacy policy.
Links to Facebook, Instagram and the booking platform just take you to those websites; no content from those services is loaded on this page.
5. Managing your preferences
You can give or withdraw your consent at any time with the buttons below; withdrawing it deletes the statistics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block the necessary cookies, the forms may stop working.
Google Maps: not allowed — the map only loads if you click “Show map”.
Google Analytics: not allowed — no statistics are collected.
